Functions:
- Study, market analysis and identification of new business opportunities;
- Establishment of a commercial policy shared with the administration;
- Relationship with customers with whom the company already has ongoing projects and attracting new customers who can offer projects that fall within the scope of the company's activities;
- Monitoring of negotiation processes;
- Commercially manage the customer portfolio as new business is generated: analysis of customer needs, complementary solutions/products, among others;
- Higher education;
- Proven experience in the commercial area (preferably in the field of polymers);
- Experience in team management (preferred);
- Good negotiation and business development skills to add value to the company;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Problem solving ability;
- Dynamism, responsibility and teamwork.
